Story Sirens Studio, the creative force behind the That Pretentious Book Club comedy podcast and The Scripturient Society writing podcast, is excited to announce our first-ever writing retreat!

Cost: $800

This includes prepared meals, snacks, beverages, lodging, amenities, and activities for a 4-day, 3-night retreat are all included in this fee.

Note: The more applicants we get the more we can reduce costs per person.

Location: Texas

The venue is located in a picturesque location with plenty of spaces to relax, get inspired, and make a serious dent in your word count or other unique writing goals.

4 p.m. CT Thursday, May 1 -

11 a.m. CT Sunday, May 4

Transportation: Carpooling options may be available depending on your location.

The Retreat: Writers will have ample time to collaborate with fellow writers, while also enjoying dedicated moments for relaxation and activities designed to inspire, energize, and super-charge creativity. One evening will be set aside for socializing, with snacks, drinks, and breakout sessions to connect and recharge scheduled throughout the retreat.

Next steps: A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance payable in installments via PayPal. Further details including payment plans will be provided upon application.
